Technical Problems with Real Player
If you're having problems with the video, the first thing you should do is download the latest Real Player from www.real.com. It's free (see below). Click here to get it.

Getting the RealOne player for free
The basic RealOne player is free. Of course real.com is a business, so if you want the free player, you have to hunt around for it a little bit. Just remember: it's there somewhere.

On the first page of real.com there is a small link that reads "Free RealOne Player." Click on it. That's not the end of it, however, the next page will try to get you to buy an upgraded player again. Just search around and find the next link which says, "Download the free RealOne player only". Finally, you'll be able to download.

But wait! Don't let your guard down for one moment, because while you're installing the RealOne player will ask you to buy something one last time. After that, you're home free.

Windows Media
If you prefer downloading the videos, you can do so in Windows Media Format. Make sure your Media Player is up to date. Click here to download the latest version.
