(2) the Planet Vega$ videos, the content of which is the sole responsiblity of Calexas, Inc. over which LvTv, Inc. has no control.

Only a single personal copy or download of the Video Output or Video Files may be made. The contents of the Video Output or Video Files may not be altered in whole or in part. The Video Output and Video Files may not be decoded from their current binary form or encoded into another form. The Video Output and Video Files may not be copied or rebroadcast in whole or in part using any media, including, but not limited to, computer files, raw or encoded binary data, television, print, photography, radio, or analog or digital audio or video. Limited exceptions to this copyright notice can only be obtained through the express written permission of LvTv, Inc.

LvTv® is a trademark/servicemark owned by LvTv® and has been used in commerce in Nevada, and the United States, and around the world since August 1, 1998. LvTv® has been a registered trademark with the State of Nevada since 2001. LvTv® has been a registered trademark with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since 2003.

TravelRat and VegasNoise are trademarks/servicemarks owned by LvTv® and have been used in commerce in Nevada, in the United States, and around the world since October 2002.

Babybackpacker is a trademarks/servicemarks owned by LvTv® and has been used in commerce in Nevada, in the United States, and around the world since August 2003.

"LvTv® - Moderation... and lots of it" is a trademark/servicemark owned by LvTv, Inc. and has been used in commerce in Nevada, and the United States, and around the world since August 1, 1998.

"LvTv®: the 'Intertainment' capital of the world" is a trademark/servicemark owned by LvTv, Inc. and has been used in commerce in Nevada, and the United States, and around the world since August 30, 1998.

The colors yellow and blue as depicted on this web site are a trademark of LvTv, Inc.
